Third Party Client Portal 

We use a trusted, industry standard document sharing portal to help ensure that our working relationship with our clients is secure and private. As system administrators for our client portal, we take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that the client documents shared via the portal are protected from misuse, loss, and unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that client documents are fully protected, even though our third party service may make such claims. We advise that all clients read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at www.smartvault.com before setting up their client profile and uploading documents within the portal.

Third Party Payment Services

We use a trusted industry standard payment system to accept payments from clients.

When you confirm that you would like to enter into a business relationship with The Muse & The Messenger, you may be required to provide personal identifiable information including, but not limited to, your name, billing address, email, phone number, debit card number, credit card numbers, and expiration dates. Although we retain basic personal identifiable information you share with us, we do not collect or retain credit card numbers, debit card numbers, expiration dates or credit card verification codes, when a client wants to enter into a service agreement with us. Therefore, when you choose to enter in a service agreement or purchase products, and thereafter, submit payment via a third party payment service, we advise that you read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service presented by the third party payment service. We cannot guarantee the full security of any third party payment service.

How we use Data Analytics Information

We may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools and services, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our company. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving our service and site usability. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.
